Our Core Values - The Foundation of Every Choice We Make
McDonald’s Korea provides equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of education, age, gender, or disability.
Even in a changing employment landscape, we continue to hold open recruitment for full-time positions and take the lead in creating jobs for diverse groups, including middle-aged workers, career-interrupted women, foreigners, and people with disabilities.
Women make up nearly half of our workforce, and the percentage of women in executive positions stands at 42%, far exceeding the domestic top 500 companies’ average of 8.1%.
As of September 2025, we have 870 senior crew members and 211 crew members with disabilities. Our oldest employee is 82 years old, and our longest-serving crew member with a disability has been with us for 24 years. McDonald’s is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where anyone can achieve growth without discrimination.
At McDonald’s Korea, people have always been at the heart of everything we do.
We respect our customers, employees, and local communities, and base every choice—whether small or significant—on our five core values.
We put people first, embrace diversity, and act with integrity in all that we do.
We also strive to be a good neighbor, contributing to our communities and building a better tomorrow together.
These five core values have shaped McDonald’s into what it is today, and they remain our steadfast promise to grow together with everyone and create a sustainable future.
